At Westoba, we’re always looking to improve our member experience. On Tuesday, November 14, we launch our 2023 Member Feedback Survey. Complete our Member Survey and you’ll be entered to win a cash prize of up to $500.
We want to receive feedback from our members (Business and Retail) to understand how well we are meeting your needs and expectations today, and where we can adapt and grow to better serve you in the future.
Here are two ways to complete the survey:
Via Online
By filling out a print version – paper copies are available at any Westoba branch. Talk to your branch representative today.
What you need to know
- Both surveys take approximately 5-8 minutes to complete each.
- Both surveys run until November 25, 2023 at noon.
- We encourage all members to participate including Business, Retail, and Financial Solutions members.
- Anyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw for one $500 Grand Prize.
- The prize winner will be contacted by a Westoba Credit Union representative, and no other organization or third-party company.
The survey is completely confidential, the information we get will not be connected to an individual membership. To enter the prize giveaway, you will need to provide your name, email or phone number but this will be kept separate from your answers.
