Our branches in Winnipeg will re-open by appointment only on Monday, November 16th, 2020. Both Winnipeg branches were cleaned and disinfected, and employees who were in contact with the employee with the positive case are off and following Manitoba Health Links protocols.
Under the guidance of Manitoba Health, we have confirmed that it is safe to re-open at the designated date.
For the health and safety of our branch, members, and community, precautions have been taken. Our Winnipeg branches will have locked front doors and are temporarily moving to an “Appointment Only” model. This will come into effect Monday, November 16th, 2020.
What does ‘Appointment Only’ mean?
Effective Monday, November 16th, our branches in Winnipeg will be temporarily closed for walk-in transactions. Appointments are required to enter the branch. Please make an appointment by calling 1-877-WESTOBA.
Most banking can be completed virtually!

What should I do if I have an appointment at a Winnipeg branch?
If you visit a branch for an appointment, please follow the guidelines and travel restrictions outlined by Manitoba Health. Upon entry of the branch, you are required to sanitize your hands and wear a face mask at all times. Anyone showing possible signs of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the branch.
