He has varied industry delivery experience in Digital Business Transformation, Innovation Management, Decisions Management and Modelling, Organization Change Management, Client and Value Management, Information Security and Compliance and Business Process Management.

Douglas is a firm believer in continuous improvement and has a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Winnipeg specializing in Innovation, Technology and Operations, Digital Transformation Management (CXO), Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Prosci – Organizational Change Management, PRINCE2 Project and certificate in Healthcare Analytics using Artificial Intelligence and big data.

He is president at Focus Africa – a not for profit organization that helps fundraise for HIV-AIDS victims in Africa.
