Background and Experience 

Growing up on a medium-sized grain, hay, and cattle farm, I developed a passion for agriculture that led me to pursue an Agri-Business Diploma and Agri-Business Degree from the University of Manitoba. I started my career as a summer student, and after gaining valuable experience working on the farm in the evenings and on weekends, I went on to work in the credit union system for over nine years.
