Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Members of Westoba Credit Union Limited (“Westoba”) will be held as a virtually-hosted meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM for the purpose of considering and completing the voting on a Special Resolution to approve the Amalgamation Agreement entered into between Westoba, Caisse Populaire Groupe Financier Limitée and Assiniboine Credit Union Limited dated May 16, 2024.
Voting on the Special Resolution will open June 6 at 11 AM and will complete during the Special Meeting of the Members on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Members to not need to attend the Special Meeting to cast their vote.
All Special Meeting attendants must register online in advance between May 23rd – June 17th at 5 PM.
While every member has the option of attending, a member does not need to attend the Special Meeting of Members in order to vote on the Special Resolution. Voting on the Special Resolution will be by electronic voting procedure and available online at westoba.com or in all Westoba’s branches during regular business hours between June 6th – June 19th, for all eligible members.
