Background and experience

I grew up on a farm just outside of Hartney, MB, and moved into Brandon a couple years after I graduated. I have many years of experience in Customer Service (30+ years) and have been at Westoba for 13 years! I began my Westoba career at the 1st and McTavish Branch as an MSR. I’ve had a few different roles throughout the years such as: MSR II, MSR III, MSR Accounting Clerk, Deposit Administrator II, and Deposit Support Specialist.

My role is to not only to support our advisor team but also you, our member! Our team of Administrators are here to ensure an optimal member journey experience. Whether that is scheduling your next appointment, ensuring documentation is accurately prepared, or assisting with online access to your portfolio, to name a few.
