At Westoba, we’re always looking to improve our member experience. On September 14, we will launch our 2022 Member Feedback Survey. Complete our Member Survey and you’ll be entered to win cash prizes of up to $500.
We have seen significant advances in technology and the pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital banking options by our members. We have partnered with a third-party agency to get feedback from our members (Business and Retail) to understand how well we are meeting those needs and expectations today, and where we can adapt and grow to better serve you in the future.
Here are three ways to complete the survey:
- Online here.
- By filling out a print version – paper copies are available at any Westoba branch.
- Telephone – Some members will have the option of completing the survey with a live interviewer over the phone.
What you need to know:
- Both surveys take approximately 10 – 15 minutes to complete, respectively.
- We encourage all members to participate including Business, Retail, and Financial Solutions members.
- Anyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw for one $500 Grand Prize and two secondary prizes of $250 each.
- Prize winners will be contacted by the administering company.
- The survey is completely confidential, the information we get will not be connected to an individual membership.
Both surveys run until October 7th, 2022.
