WestobaGO Mobile App Update – April 28 2026

The WestobaGo Mobile App will be updated on April 28. Members will be required to update the app by May 5, 2026, in order to log in. If you have the automatic app update setting turned on, the app will update automatically to the new version. If your automatic app update setting is turned off, your phone will prompt you to update the app on or after May 5, and the old version will no longer be available.

This update will not cause any downtime, and all existing settings and information, including FaceID or biometric login, will be carried over.

If you are experiencing issues logging in, we recommend that you delete and then re-download the app from your App Store. If you require support, please contact our Virtual Services team at 1‑877‑WESTOBA.
