What does this mean for you?
We’re still offering foreign cash ordering, but there are some important differences to keep in mind.
- Most major currencies are still available
- Turnaround times may be longer than you’re used to
- We recommend placing your order well in advance of your travel date
- You can still pick up your order at your local branch
Why the change?
Our current provider is no longer supporting the service. To continue being able to offer this service to our members, we’ve aligned our process with our merger partners, which includes partnering with the new provider and updating our internal process. We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
What should I do next?
If you’re planning to travel soon and need foreign cash:
- Visit your local branch to place an order, or call 1-877-WESTOBA (937-8622) for more information.
- Be sure to order early to avoid delays (we recommend 2 weeks prior to travel date)
