COVID-19 Update: August 2021

Throughout the pandemic, Westoba has followed the direction of Manitoba Public Health Guidelines. At this time we are continuing to do so, with public health order changes coming into effect on August 7th. We welcome you to read the update regarding changes to public health orders from the Manitoba government, below.

What does this mean for Westoba Credit Union members and employees?

 

Starting Saturday, 12:01 AM August 7th, Westoba will follow updated Manitoba Public Health Orders, which includes:

  1. Wearing a mask is strongly recommended, but optional.
  2. Physical distancing of two metres for all staff and visitors
  3. Sanitization stations at all Westoba locations will remain available.
  4. All Westoba employees will continue to practice proper hygiene methods and frequent sanitization of workstations.

Not covered by Manitoba Public Health, but a corporate decision Westoba is going to continue to enforce the use of plexiglass barriers at wickets and meeting rooms. These will remain installed and used during member service.

We appreciate our members' understanding and patience to help us keep both our staff and our community safe.

If you’re not set up with access to your accounts online, it’s something our Virtual Services Team can set you up with over the phone at 1-877-WESTOBA (937-8622).
