Throughout the pandemic, Westoba has followed the direction of Manitoba Public Health Guidelines. At this time, we are continuing to do so, with public health order changes coming into effect on March 15th. We welcome you to read the update regarding changes to public health orders from the Manitoba government, below.
What does this mean for Westoba Credit Union members and employees?
Westoba’s corporate response, starting Tuesday, 12:01 AM on March 15th, includes the following:
- Wearing a mask is recommended, but optional.
- Sanitization stations at all Westoba locations will remain available.
- All Westoba employees will continue to practice proper hygiene methods and frequent sanitization of workstations.
- Physical distancing of two metres for all staff and visitors is still recommended.

We remind our members that almost all transactions can be completed using our WestobaGO mobile app, online banking, or calling our Virtual Services Team at 1-877-WESTOBA (937-8622). If you’re not set up with access to your accounts online, it’s something our Virtual Services Team can set you up with over the phone at 1-877-WESTOBA.
