We’d like to clarify a recent email some members received notifying them that their statements are available. This is part of our regular monthly reminder to let you know when new statements are posted.

If you’re not a new member and this is the first time you’ve received such a message, it was sent to you in error, and we apologize for any confusion.

Your account information remains safe and secure. This was a messaging error only. We are reviewing and updating our processes to prevent similar situations in the future.

No action is required. Your statements continue to be available through online banking, with new statements posted each month.
