Starting August 11th, our Brandon branches that are currently open and located on 1st Street & McTavish and 34th Street & Victoria will be re-introducing front door monitors. An assigned individual will unlock the doors to let members in based on designated maximum capacity. Note: 18th Street & Kirkcaldy branch is still temporarily closed.
This decision is based on higher levels of foot traffic in our Brandon branches and will help us to monitor and ensure everyone’s safety by properly physical distancing within the branches. We appreciate our members understanding and patience to help us keep both our staff and our community safe. We also encourage people to use the sanitizers available in all branches and if comfortable, we encourage them to wear masks while visiting any of our branches.
As we work to limit foot traffic, we want to remind members of our online banking options that are safe and easy to use! You can bank from anywhere using our WestobaGO Mobile App or online banking.
Our Virtual Services Team is also available at 1-877-WESTOBA (937-8622) to assist you with your banking. Virtual Services hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.
