We recognize that we have a responsibility as an essential service to create a safe environment for all of our members during these difficult times. In an effort to support our members who may be more vulnerable to COVID-19, we are implementing a Golden Banking Hour from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. These Golden Banking Hours are in place with our temporary branch hours that are in effect, to check your branches hours click here.
During this time, we ask that people allow our senior members, members with mobility issues and members that are more susceptible to COVID-19 as outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) to have priority for in branch banking.
We are limiting the number of people at a time in our branches. We ask our members to practice social distancing and if you must visit a branch for your banking, please keep at least 2 arm’s length from other members and our employees. We’ve added floor decals to help people in line to practice that safe distancing.
We thank everyone who is helping us keep our branches safe, and allowing us to take the precautions we need to provide our members with these essential services in a safe way.
