This year’s International Womens Day theme is: Inspire Inclusion.
We were proud to partner with the Brandon of Commerce for the Women of Westman Conference (W.O.W), formally known as the Superwomen Conference. It was an empowering day with so many great speakers, including some of our own, Elizabeth Modersohn, Rand Tashman, Jackie Shoemaker, Megan Daly, Evi Uzuhai, and Vicki Davis on the panel discussion.
We are proud to say that 81% of Westoba staff, 62% of Westoba departments are managed by, and 57% of the Executive Leadership Team identify as female!
