Member Feedback Survey Update

This September, we launched our Member Feedback Survey. Members once again proved that they were invested in the future of our credit union. Thank you!

As a continuation, on behalf of Westoba, Probe Research will be calling some members to participate in pre-screening for upcoming focus groups. Our aim is to dive deeper into some themes and topics that emerged due to the responses.
