Recent system update impacts Member transactions

  • UPDATE: The system-wide banking system issues have been resolved as of May 25, 2022.

 

Due to an upgrade to Westoba’s banking system this past Sunday, May 15, some of our members may have been charged an additional fee when performing any of the following transactions:

  • eTransfers
  • Utility Bills
  • Interac ATMs

This is a system-wide issue. Members that performed these transactions starting Sunday, May 15 at 8:00 AM have and will continue to be affected until the issue has been resolved. Westoba will be monitoring, identifying members and refunding fees, for those impacted, by the following business day.
