We want to thank our members for the role they’ve had in keeping our employees and communities safe by practicing physical distancing.
We know that in all the immense changes we’ve been facing over the last few weeks, our members and staff have been adapting to meet these challenges with us.
Our Virtual Services Team at 1-877-WESTOBA has been receiving calls from members who are choosing to stay home and bank online and through them instead of in-branch. We’ve also seen an increase in online banking and mobile app usage. Almost everything that can be done in a branch can be done virtually!
It is no small feat to change the way you normally conduct your day-to-day life, including your banking, and we appreciate all the ways members have been contributing to flattening that curve with us – through digital banking.
We continue to encourage members to think digital first and evaluate if they need to go in branch to conduct their banking transactions during this time.
