Official Contest Rules and Regulations
CONTEST PERIOD:
The contest begins at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on Monday, March 28th, 2022, and ends when the Grand Prize is drawn on Monday, April 4th, 2022.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Attend the RMWF March 28th – April 2nd, 2022 and locate Westoba’s Photo Booth.
- Confirm your approval for Westoba to use your photo for promotion.
- Get your photo taken in the Westoba Photo Booth.
- Each day, Westoba will share the photos taken at the fair on the Westoba Facebook Page in an album labeled Royal Manitoba Winter Fair 2022.
- All photos may be shared on Westoba’s other social media channels.
- Winning photo will be posted to Westoba’s Facebook, Instagram & Twitter pages.
- All entries will be entered to win the Grand Prize draw on April 4th.
Like and share your photo from Westoba’s Facebook album or share your photo from your email to your own social media and tag @westobacu in a public post!
DRAW DATES & PRIZES:
Draw dates and prizes will be as follows:
- Tuesday, March 29th – $50.00 Co-op gift card
- Wednesday, March 30th – $50.00 Co-op gift card
- Thursday, March 31st – $50.00 Co-op gift card
- Friday, April 1st – $50.00 Co-op gift card
- Monday, April 4th – $250.00 Co-op gift card and Westoba prize pack.
PRIZE AWARDING:
- Winners will be notified by email by April 8, 2022.
- If the email does not receive a response, a second attempt to contact the winner will be made by phone. If we are unable to reach the winner at that time, a new winner will be chosen.
If you are selected as a potential winner, you must pick up your prize at our Kirkcaldy branch in Brandon. Prizes must be picked up at the Kirkcaldy branch by December 31st, 2022.
CONTEST GENERAL RULES:
By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final. All Entrants release and forever discharge the Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective affiliated companies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of his/her participation in the Contest and/or the administration of the Contest, including, without limitation, the selection and awarding of the Prize.
The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, invalid, illegible, delayed, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries / prize claims. All entries / prize claims become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor shall in no way bear any liability whatsoever regarding the Prize(s). In no event shall the Sponsor be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Contest and/or the Prize(s), however arising, including negligence.
PRIVACY:
By entering this contest, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of information about you for the purpose of administering this Contest in accordance with the privacy policies. Read our privacy policy.
You also consent to any and all photos submitted being used for marketing purposes by Westoba Credit Union.
DISQUALIFICATION:
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
Further, the Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Contest Rules in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation.
