Members of Westoba Credit Union (WCU) in District 3 went to the polls March 22nd to elect the newest member of the Westoba Board of Directors. Voting closed April 2nd, results are below:
District 3 (Killarney/Ninette/Cartwright/Swan Lake/Pilot Mound/Winnipeg) has elected Kevin Antonyshyn. Get to know Kevin, here.
Directors for District 1 (Brandon/MAXA Financial) & District 2 (Carberry/Souris/Rivers/The Pas) have been appointed. They will be ratified at the AGM on April 28th.
Westoba AGM will take place on April 28th at 7:00 PM virtually on the Microsoft Teams platform.
Members attending the AGM will be asked to vote by Special Resolution on By-Law Amendments. It is proposed that the By-Laws of the Credit Union will be amended by repealing certain provisions of the existing By-Laws and enacting new ones. In addition to ensuring conformity with legislative requirements, the amendments will impact future meetings. An explanation of the changes will be completed at the AGM.

All AGM attendants must register online in advance between April 19th, 2021 and April 26th to participate as a voting member.
