Front Door Monitors and Cartwright, Rivers and Souris Branch Hours

Date: April 3, 2020

COVID-19 Update. Front Door Monitors and Cartwright, Souris and Rivers Branch Hours.

The Government of Canada has identified banks and credit unions as an essential service, and we are continuing to adapt to serve our members in a safe and healthy manner.

We would like to remind you that the safest way to bank during the COVID-19 outbreak is by using our digital options. Almost all transactions can be completed using our WestobaGO mobile app, online banking, or calling our Virtual Services Team at 1-877-WESTOBA.

Introducing A Front Door Monitor.

Note: This is old information. For the most recent update on branch operations click here.

To protect the health of our employees and members and abide by the Government legislation, we will be moving to a “Front Door Monitor” model commencing April 6th, 2020.

To manage foot traffic and enforce proper physical distancing, all Westoba Credit Union locations will have an individual assigned as the Front Door Monitor, letting members into the building based on designated maximum capacity, as well as whether they are showing possible signs and symptoms of COVID-19. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding that this method is for the safety of everyone. Anyone showing possible signs of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the branch.
