Our MemberCards are an important tool our members rely on. As of July 1st, we conducted a mass MemberCard expiry extension, so that we could properly review options to continue to ensure we provide members with the latest technology and best ways to bank.
For members with a MemberCard that expired in May to August 2023, and those expiring in September 2023, at this time they may experience issues on occasion with their MemberCard at Point-of-Sale (POS) devices. Your online banking, WestobaGO Mobile App and ATM transactions are operating as normal. We recommend members carry two forms of payment as a precaution.
