Steps to Voting Online
For our 2022 Election, we are only accepting votes that are submitted online.
- Click the ‘Vote Now’ button below
- Enter your Membership Number* and your postal code
- Click Enter
PLEASE NOTE:
- You can only vote if there is an election in your District. (District 1 & 3 only this year)
- You are ineligible if you’re a new member as of December 31, 2021.
- One vote is allowed per joint membership with member share.
- Members who have both a Westoba and MAXA account can only vote with their Westoba account, as it is considered your primary account.
- You can only vote if you are 18 years of age or older.
*Find your Membership Number through our Mobile App
- Log into your account through the WestobaGO app
- Enter your password (PAC)
- Click on Accounts
- Select an account (ex. Chequing, Savings, etc.)
- Below your balance, find Account Details
- Find your Login ID:
- Copy or write this number down – this is your membership number!
- Use this number to vote, using the ‘Vote Now’ button below
Find your Membership Number through the Online Banking Portal (Desktop, Tablet)
- Visit Westoba.com
- Follow ‘Online Banking’ at the top right corner of the Homepage
- Log into your Westoba account by entering your login name and password (PAC)
- On the first page that appears, scroll down below Account Summary and Important Notice to Members
- Find “Membership ########” in bold letters just above Account Name – this is your membership number!
- Copy or write this number down – this is your membership number!
- Use this number to vote, using the ‘Vote Now’ button below
Review and Select Your Candidate
- Review the candidate bios
- Select the Candidate by clicking the check box
Confirm your vote
- Click Submit

Are you a business?
If you are a business or an organization, before you vote you must complete the Business Resolution Form.
This is a fillable form. Once you have the Business Resolution Form open, fill in the details, save and email to infowcul@westoba.com or print and bring it into your branch to register your appointee to vote on your behalf.
The new Westoba Board of Directors will be announced prior to the AGM on April 25th.
