Please be advised that as of Tuesday, January 18, 2022, the previous version of our WestobaGO Mobile App (Version 15) will no longer be supported for banking services. If you haven’t already made the switch, and do not have automatic updates set up on your device, please visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device to download the latest version of our app. If you open the previous app on or after January 18, you will also be prompted to download the newest version.
For security purposes, if you have your Login ID (MemberCard number) and Personal Access Code (PAC) saved in the WestobaGO Mobile App, you will need to re-enter your information when you sign in to the new app, so please have them handy!
The latest version of the WestobaGO app is compatible with iOS 11 and Android 6.0 or higher. Get more information on mobile app compatibility here.
